I've had a LiveJournal account for a long time without ever posting to it. I'd started a post several times only to feel it wasn't good enough for a first post! Silly me. I also kept second guessing whether or not I wanted to keep eternalchange as my blogging name. I've decided it seems appropriate enough. :)

The thing that finally made me get a move on and post something is that I want a nice journal to post about fanfic, and the shows they're based on, keep track of LiveJournal goings on, etc. Also there are some journals that can't be read without friending first. So I need a journal! Tonight specifically because I thought I might go crazy if I never get to read "Age of Unreason", a Buffyverse darkfic with lots of Spike and I gather a very unstable Wesley. I've been seeing some art for it over time from sueworld, and the 3rd pic here with Gunn, Spike, and those eerie skulls in the background did me in!

I love the Whedonverse shows Buffy, Angel, and Firefly. I watched them all in turn from the first airing of Buffy on TV. I find all the characters interesting in their own ways. My favorite character is Spike, and I'll read Spike/anyone, genfic, drabbles..and may branch out randomly whenever something catches my eye.

I have watched various fantasy/horror/science fiction shows over the years, and I even read as well! ;) I haven't searched through LiveJournal for any shows other than Buffy and Angel yet, but that may change. I also love Star Trek: Deep Space Nine where Dr. Bashir is my favorite character (though I like them all). So you may see categories of Trek, X-Files, Stargate, and who-knows-what crop up on my journal later on.

I also tend to type on and on sometimes. :)

Current Mood: yawning but still hyper-awake
